Exercise 11 – Leg extensions on all fours – static
• Starting position: Kneel on all fours with your knees and hands directly
below your hips and shoulders.
• Hold the Swingstick in front of you with one hand at shoulder height.
• Extend the leg that is diagonal to the arm holding the Swingstick straight out.
• Hold your spine and neck straight and look down at the floor.
Swing:
• Swing the Swingstick forwards and backwards.
• Swing the Swingstick for 15 seconds.
Tip: Tense your stomach muscles, and hold your head straight and extended.
Ensure that neither your pelvis nor the arm that is holding the Swingstick drops down.
