10.3 Confirming the Error
Once the error is rectified, you can confirm the error using the button, the stop/start switch on the
Sunny Central or the Sunny WebBox user interface.
Confirming errors via the button
1. If the error is an insulation fault, switch the insulation monitoring back on.
2. Press the glowing button.
☑ After 2 seconds, the display no longer displays an error.
Confirming errors via the stop/start switch
1. If the error is an insulation fault, switch the insulation monitoring back on.
2. Turn the stop/start switch to "Stop" and then back to "Start" after 2 seconds.
Confirming errors via the Sunny WebBox user interface
You can only confirm an error via the user interface of the Sunny WebBox after entering the installer
password (for information on the Sunny WebBox user interface, see the Sunny WebBox user
manual).
1. If the error is an insulation fault, switch the insulation monitoring back on.
2. Select the desired device from the list.
3. Select the Parameter tab.
4. From the drop-down list of parameters, select "Ackn" Ackn (see section 6.2 "Changing
Parameters", page 34).
5. Confirm entry with [Save].

Errors may only be confirmed when they have been corrected.
