Reading off errors via the Sunny WebBox user interface
Read off errors using a PC or laptop via the Sunny WebBox user interface (for information on the
Sunny WebBox user interface, see the Sunny WebBox user manual).
1. Read off the error number for the instantaneous value "ErrNo" (see 6.1 "Displaying the
Instantaneous Values", page 34).
2. Read off the error message for the instantaneous value "Msg".
3. Read off the measure for error correction for the instantaneous value "Dsc".
10.2 Rectifying the Error
10.2.1 Error Types and Waiting Times for Errors
Depending on the type of error that occurs, the Sunny Central will exhibit different behavior patterns
and there will be varying waiting times. The waiting time is the time that the Sunny Central waits before
starting up again.
Read exact waiting times for errors off the Sunny WebBox user interface.
• Display the instantaneous value "TmsRmg" on the Sunny WebBox user interface
(see section 6.1 "Displaying the Instantaneous Values", page 34).
Example: Insulation fault
If an insulation fault occurs, the button glows red. The display shows the error symbol, error
number 35, and the message "ISOLATION FAILURE". If you turn the switch to the right, the
display reads "Check DC generator".

Warning 0 seconds Sunny Central does not switch off, there is a
message in the display and on the Sunny
WebBox user interface.
Fault Up to 1 minute Sunny Central switches off and restarts after the
waiting time has expired if the fault is no longer
present.
Error 1 5 minutes Sunny Central switches off and restarts after the
waiting time has expired if the error has been
rectified.
Error 2 Until day change Sunny Central switches off and restarts after the
waiting time has expired if the error has been
rectified.
Defect ‒ Sunny Central switches off.
