10.2.3 Errors 34-38 - PV Array Errors
13 AC connection is incorrect. Error type: Fault (see section 10.2.1 "Error
Types and Waiting Times for Errors", page 56).
Corrective measures:
• Using a rotating magnetic field measuring instrument, measure at the
AC connection lugs to establish whether the line voltage is
connected with a right-rotating magnetic field.
If the voltage is connected with a left-rotating magnetic field,
2 conductors are connected incorrectly.
• Swap and connect L1 and L3 (see the inverter installation
manual).
Error number Cause and corrective measures
34 The voltage of the PV array is too high. Error type: Fault
(see section 10.2.1 "Error Types and Waiting Times for Errors", page 56).
Corrective measures:
• Immediately disconnect the PV array from the Sunny Central.
• Check the DC input voltage.
• Ensure that the module wiring for the Sunny Central is routed correctly.
35 An insulation fault has occurred. Error type: Fault (see section 10.2.1 "Error
Types and Waiting Times for Errors", page 56).
Corrective measures:
• Check the PV array for ground faults.
38 The current of the PV array is too high. Error type: Error 2 (see section
10.2.1 "Error Types and Waiting Times for Errors", page 56).
Corrective measures:
• Immediately disconnect the PV array from the Sunny Central.
• Check the DC input current.
• Ensure that the module wiring for the Sunny Central is routed correctly.
