Parameters on the overview form:
U T : Tool number or name (switchable via soft key)
U S : Spindle speed [rpm] or cutting speed [m/min or ipm]
U F : Centering feed rate [mm/min] or FU [mm/rev]
U Select Depth/Diameter: Select whether centering is based on the
depth or diameter
U Diameter: Centering diameter. Input of T-ANGLE from TOOL.T
required
U Depth : Centering depth
U Machining positions (see “Defining Machining Positions” on page
157.)
Additional parameters on the tool detail form:
U DL : Delta length for tool T
U M function : Any miscellaneous function M
U Spindle : Direction of spindle rotation. As a default, smarT.NC sets M3
U Tool preselect : If needed, this is the number of the next tool for faster
tool change (machine-dependent)
