External connections
The interface unit is connected to the power mains, the Site Controller, and to one or two
Gilbarco distribution boxes.
Interconnection of Site Equipment with Interface Unit
Interface to distribution box current loop wiring (pumps)
The current loop wiring for the pump loop from the Gilbarco interface to the distribution box is
shown in figure below. Interface Terminal is the terminal on the current loop board.

This uses eight-foot cable, Gasboy P/N C06691, with wedge connector and a DB-9S, which may
be extended by any 1:1 9-pin D connector extension cable with at least pins 6 and 7 connected.
Interface to distribution box RS485/422 wiring (CRINDs)
The RS485/422 wiring for the CRIND loop from the interface to the distribution box is shown
below.

This uses two Gasboy parts: an eight-foot cable, C06242, and adaptor C06692, RJ-11 to 9-pin
DB-9P. (The combined part number for both C06242 and C06692 is C06326.) The cable may be
extended using an RJ-11 or RJ-12 1:1 telephone extension cable.
