2.4.1 Feed-dog inclination

C heck and adjustthe feed-dog inclination only w ith the sew ing unit
sw itched off.
S tandard and checking
In theirhighestposition the feed-dogs should be horizontal.
– Turn handw heelin direction ofrotation untilthe feed-dogs are in
theirhighestposition.
– C heck the position ofthe feed-dogs.
C orrection
– Turn handw heelin direction ofrotation untilthe feed-dogs are in
theirhighestposition.
– Loosen screw 1.
– Turn screw 2.
Feed-dogs are horizontal
Feed-dogs are inclined backw ards
Feed-dogs are inclined forw ards
– Tighten screw 1.
