For the operation of the pneum atic com ponents the sew ing unit has to
be provided w ith anhydrous com pressed air.
A TTE N TIO N !
For a trouble-free function of the pneum atic control processes the
com pressed air net has to be rated as follow s:
E ven in the m om ent of m axim um air consum ption the m inim um
operating pressure m ust not drop below 6 bar.
In case of a too high air pressure decrease:
–
Increase the com pressor output.
–
Increase the diam eter of the com pressed air supply line.
C onnecting the com pressed air m aintenance unit
–
C onnect the connecting hose 3 to the com pressed air net.
S etting the operating pressure
–
The operating pressure am ounts to 6 bar.
It can be read off at the m anom eter 1.
–
For setting the operating pressure pull up and turn the rotary
handle 2.

Turn in clockw ise direction = increase the pressure

Turn counter-clockw ise = reduce the pressure

N o oil-bearing com pressed air m ust be fed from the com pressed air
net.
B ehind the filter cleaned com pressed air is w ithdraw n as blow ing air
for cleaning m achine parts and for blow ing w orkpieces out.
O il particles contained in the blow ing air lead to m alfunction and stains
on the w orkpieces.
