UPG!GBVMU The printer’s Edge Sensor cannot see a gap
or notch in the label stock.
Examine the Label Edge Sensor for
obstructions (for example, labels stuck
to the sensor or dust blocking the
sensor).
Label Edge Sensor may be out of
position for the size or type of media
being used. Re-adjust the position.
The wrong type of Sensor TOF has been
chosen. Re-configure the printer for the
label type being used.
Possible defective Label Edge Sensor;
call for service.
Listen for drive motor operation and
verify that the platen roller is turning. If
not, call for service.
