Communications
The Communications Properties applet allows the option for
establishing a connection between the Allegro and a desktop PC. On
the Device Name tab, in the Device name box, AllegroCE_#### (#### =
serial number) is entered automatically (you can change it if you
choose). This identification is so other computers and the multiple
Allegro connection function can identify each specific unit.
On the PC Connection tab, the option is available to change the port
and baud rate the Allegro is using to communicate with another
computer (USB is the default).
