Communication Troubleshooting Procedure
Verify devices are working properly and wired correctly by operating system in manual mode
through entire range of operation while visually checking that the above indicator lights are lit
or unlit at the proper times.
With controller in MANMS mode:
1. Operate key switch in the up direction
a. While unit is moving and not at the limits, verify the following:
LED 0 and LED 1 are blinking
LED’s 2, 3, 4, and 5 are all lit
LED 6 is lit, LED 7 is unlit
2. When load bar reaches the top limit switches, release key switch
a. Verify the following:
LED 0 and LED 1 can be either lit or unlit, it doesn’t matter, but they should not
be blinking
LED 2 and LED 3 are unlit
LED 4 and LED 5 are lit
3. Operate key switch in down direction
a. While unit is moving and not at the limits, verify the following:
LED 0 and LED 1 are blinking
LED’s 2, 3, 4, and 5 are all lit
LED 7 is lit, LED 6 is unlit
4. When load bar reaches the bottom limit switches, release key switch
a. Verify the following:
LED 0 and LED 1 can be either lit or unlit, it doesn’t matter, but they should not
be blinking
LED 2 and LED 3 are lit
LED 4 and LED 5 are unlit
