Installation Instructions
1. Inspection of structure
a. Due to the size and nature of this product the architect or structural engineer must verify
structural adequacy. This product must not be installed until an authorized construction
representative provides final written approval. Jaypro is not responsible for the structure.
Warning! This is extremely important. Do not install product unless an authorized party has
deemed building structure adequate.
b. For a ceiling or roof structure supported unit (overhead), there must be beams located 22’ apart
over the centerline of the mat hoist. The two winches supplied with the system are to be located
on these beams. Beam flanges must be parallel and level with the floor. If any of these criteria
are not met or on site inspection and approval has not been completed then STOP – do not
proceed with installation.

c. For a wall-mounted unit, the wall must be of sufficient strength to support the unit. There are
wall brackets supplied with the system to hold the hoists. These wall brackets are to be installed
in conformance with below instructions (see section 4 for wall mount installation). The
integrity of the wall and its’ capability to support this unit must be verified by the structural
engineer or architect.
