9. Cable Routing and Installation
a. If unit is a double mat hoist system, assemble the dead end of the cable (with the integrated
thimble eye) to the outer panel of the hoist. First pay out enough cable (comes preassembled to
drum of hoist) to loop down to load bar at floor level, through the swivel pulley, then back up
to hoist. Choose the attachment hole for the ceiling elevation as shown in the image below.
This will put the cable in the optimum position when the load bar is at the maximum raised
height.
Note: The cable termination points are for reference only. Installer should choose the
attachment hole that aligns most closely with the swivel pulley when the mat is in the highest
(storage) position.
