11. CANCELLING A TRANSMISSION

I
You may wish to cancel a particular activity that is in progress or
that is due to take place at a specified time. An example of this
would be a Timer (delayed)
transmission operation.
1) Press the
FUNCTION
key. Press the

key on the number keys.

Press the
SET
key. The screen now displays the various
transmission activities that are currently in progress or will take
place in the future.

3) Select number of operation that you wish to cancel.

4) Enter the 1 key to confirm cancellation or the 2 key to reinstate
the transmission activity.
The meaning of the different LCD indications is as follows.

Destination Name............ Means Destinatin Name
Number ....Means Destinatin Number
Setting 00:00.................... Means "Timer" transmission time.
If
using the 'Timer'O the current setting
will appear "00:00 (setting time)"
POLL.............Means "Polling" not "Timer".
REDIAL........ Means "Redial" without "Timer"
or
"Polling".
POLLED....... Means "Polled"
