1. Remove the paper cassette,
2. If the jammed paper comes out with the paper cassette, open the paper cover and pull the
jammed paper out of the cassette. (If the jam is cleared, go to step 5, otherwise go to step 3.)

3. If the jammed paper does not come out with the paper cassette and is inside the unit, open the
top cover and drum cover. Then pull the jammed paper out of the unit. (If the jam is cleared,
go to step 5, otherwise go to step 4.)
