Before sending, make sure the connections are correct. See the figure below for an exam-
ple of what the connections could look like when sending sysex data to a computer.
1.
Select the FILE row in the GLOBAL EDIT menu. Then select SYSEX SEND and press
[ENTER/YES].

Select the preferred data send method using the [UP] and [DOWN] arrow keys.

If the selected send method has the option to select ranges or a specific number, you
can now move the focus to the right. After that, you use [UP] and [DOWN] or the
SOUND SELECTION wheel to select the lower and upper limit of the range. For pattern
selection [BANK A-H] together with [TRIG] buttons can also be used.
4.
Make sure that the device you are sending the data to is ready and waiting.
