Disconnect the power supply from the NucleoCounter SP-100. Then remove the fuse
holder by use of a screwdriver (turn CCW) as indicated in
Figure 75
. Inspect the fuse. If
it needs replacement use an UL Listed fuse: 600mA/250Vac (UL 248).
If the NucleoCounter SP-100 does not turn on after replacement of the fuse, or if the
fuse was not broken, please contact ChemoMetec A/S or your local distributor for
further instructions.

Instrument is not able to finish the analysis
If a PC is connected to the NucleoCounter SP-100 via a USB cable and the PC is not
powered on, then the NucleoCounter SP-100 can have a problem with finishing the
analysis (e.g. the display keeps showing “Analyzing”, see figure below).

Solution: Remove the USB cable from the instrument or power on the PC.
