If the Language has been changed the new Language will be remembered until it is
changed again. When shutting down the SP-100 ask if the actual language shall be
saved as the new default language:

5.9 LCD contrast (F220)
When typing “ F220 + ↵ ↵ ↵ ↵ ” it is possible to adjust the contrast of the LCD display. Use the
“ 1” or “2” keys in order to increase or decrease the contrast of the LCD-display. The
default value is 4. Values in the range from 0-9 can be chosen. The display will be
updated with the current value, which is shown in the upper right hand corner of the
display.

the “ Ready” status).
