Within the Correction Memory
The BACKSPACE key is used to advance to a previous line within
your correction memory. If the
INDEX
( ^ ) or
REVERSE INDEX
( f ) keys are used to advance to a line within correction memory,
you will not be able to relocate.
Correcting Errors on the Same Line

BACKSPACE
to position the printer one space to the right
of the character you wish to delete

CANCEL
((^) to delete one character at a time
or
Press
QUICK ERASE
to delete one word at a time

Type the correct character(s)
Exercise
Set the mode selector on NORM, and type the following sentence.
Be sure to include the errors, and do not RETURN at the end of the line.
The KX-E4500 has sphpisticated junctions but"'is'easy, to’yse.
Using the steps outlined above, make the following corrections:
Change: “sohpisticated” to “sophisticated”
“junctions” to “functions”
“yse” to “use”
