Printing Multiple Texts in Background
Print
A maximum of eight texts can be selected to print. When you
select more than one file to print, you are creating a “print queue.”
The print features such as copies required, headers and footer as
well as page numbering are individually defined for each text file
selected to print.

Your screen will prompt:

Print Text
Text, Linking
Mail Merge
Delete From Queue
RETURN or ESC

RETURN
to select Print Text

Press
RETURN
to display the directory

Cursor to the desired text name and press
RETURN
The text name will be automatically inserted into the Back
ground Print Menu.

Complete the print menu selecting the desired print features
for that text only (copies required, headers/footers, page num
bering)

(o) to the Continue line

Press
LEFT ARROW
(-^) to highlight “Yes” and press
RETURN
The document will begin to print and the directory will be
displayed.
