These guidelines have been prepared for the professional contractor to aid in the installation of:
FORMWORK THERMOSTATIC CONTROL VALVE TRIM WITH METAL KNOB HANDLE (STYLE No. FMTH01)
All dimensions are based on original specification and are subject to change and variation.
Please consult your Design Associate for current specifications.
14. Slide the HANDLE CONNECTOR onto the TRIM NUT
until it seats as shown in Figure - 05.

15. Ensure the LIMIT STOP on the HANDLE CONNECTOR
makes contact with the LIMIT STOP PIN on the TRIM
PLATE then tighten the SET SCREWS as shown in
Figure - 06.

16. Place the HANDLE onto the HANDLE CONNECTOR
making sure to properly align the guide PINS found on
the back of the HANDLE. Turn the HANDLE to ensure
the GUIDE PINS are properly seated then Securely
tighten the SET SCREW to hold the HANDLE to the
HANDLE CONNECTOR as shown in Figure - 07.

INSPECT THE INSTALLATION:
17. Turn the HANDLE clockwise then turn the water on and
confirm the LIMIT STOP is functioning properly by turn
turning the HANDLE counterclockwise at which point it
should stop.
18. Verify the temperature is the maximum temperature
set in Step 13. If it is not the correct temperature, repeat
the calibration procedures.
