To send the data selected, choose the method of transfer: None, RS-232, or
Fiber . After starting Upload Utility on the computer, press the BACK/ENTER key
to begin uploading. The files selected will upload to the computer and the
headers for each file will display in the Incoming Data window. If the HI-4460
cannot find the computer you will receive a NO HOST CONNECTED message
and a beep. Wait about five seconds and the HI-4460 will return to the main
logging menu. Re-check connections and settings.
View Data
To view the data, highlight one of the file headers in the Incoming Data window,
and then click View. The data will be loaded into the Data window. The data can
be viewed in Upload Utility, or can be saved as a Microsoft Office Excel® file by
clicking the File menu, and then clicking Save As. Choose a file name and
location and click Save.
