Installing the 1756-HYD02 Module
What This Chapter Contains This chapter describes how to install the 1756-HYD02 module.
The 1756-HYD02 module mounts in a ControlLogix chassis and uses a
removable terminal block (RTB) to connect all field-side wiring.
Before you install your module, make sure you:
• install and ground a ControlLogix chassis and power supply.
• order and receive an RTB, and its components, for your application.

Note the Power
Requirements This module receives power from the 1756 chassis power supply and requires
two sources of power from the backplane:
• 700mA at 5.1V
• 2.5 mA at 24V
Add this current to the requirements of all other modules in this chassis to
prevent overloading the backplane power supply.
