Who Should Use this
Manual This manual is intended for control engineers and technicians who are installing,
configuring, maintaining, and troubleshooting an EtherNet/IP control system
that communicates with ArmorPOINT I/O
® through a 1738-AENT Series B
adapter. You must be able to use RSLogix ® 5000 software to configure your
adapter.
Purpose of This Manual This manual contains an overview of the ArmorPOINT I/O adapter. It
describes how to install and configure the adapter and provides examples
showing how to use the adapter to communicate with ArmorPOINT I/O
modules over an EtherNet/IP network.
