2. GEN3 PRO SEFI System Standard Features

 Configurable Load & RPM axes to enable optimization in desired operating range.
 Programmable “peak-&-hold” injector drivers with current chopping capability.
 Programmable injector opening vs. battery voltage.
 “Wide Band Oxygen Sensor” (WB02) Air/Fuel Ratio (AFR) control to eliminate base engine and

transient fuel calibration guesswork. Optional system methanol system capable of reading AFR down to

2.9:1.

 Capable of driving smart Coil-on-Plug (COP) ignitions with the stock sensors for the GM LSX engines

and the Ford MOD motor. The GEN3 system for Hemi’s is capable of driving the stock dumb coils.

 Injector phasing, at the start of the fuel injection event.
 Ignition system type is software configurable for GM HEI, Ford TFI, LT1, V6_DIS, and IPU.
 GM Idle Air Control (IAC).
 Individual cylinder fuel & spark compensation.
 Turbocharged starting line timing curve.
 An integrated 2-Step is a base feature on all Coil-On-Plug (COP) ignitions based systems and is

optional on distributor ignition based systems. Optional 3-Step is also available on all systems.

 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5 BAR MAP sensor compatible.
 Comprehensive transient fueling algorithms.
 Seamless decel fuel cut-off.
 Excellent cold starting and drivability.
 The Throttle Position Sensor voltage output is linearized between .5V and 4.5V for GM and .9V

to 4.5V for Ford.

 Low side drive fuel pump and engine cooling fan functionality (see relay diagrams below).
 Capable of controlling two fuel pumps in a stage configuration. The low side pump is the

primary pump. The high side drive pump is the secondary, controlled as a function of TPS.

 Closed Loop PID WBO2 heater control to insure accurate and consistent AFR control.
 Improved EMI algorithms.
 True Speed-Density algorithm allows for easier tuning.
 Windows 95, 98, 2000, NT, XP, Vista and Windows 7 compatible calibration software.
 Compact, black powder coated aluminum extruded ECM with integrated rubber isolators
 Electronics rated from -40
