Maintenance
6.1. Replacement Parts
To order or return parts, contact the Despatch Global Service Network. The Service Products
features our Response Center for customer service. When returning parts, a Despatch
representative will provide you with an RMA (Return Material Authorization) number. Attach the
RMA number to the returned part for identification. When ordering parts, expedite your process
by providing model number, serial number and part number.
