Temperature Sensors
The Race Dash is supplied with two temperature sensors with
1/8” NPTF thread. Each sensor can be used for monitoring both
oil temperature and water temperature.
Fitting the temperature sensors
• Position the sensors and their cables as
far as possible from sources of intense
heat and from the ignition HT leads.
• Mount each temperature sensor directly
in the appropriate fluid line. Screw the
sensor into a suitable mounting boss, so
that its end lies in the middle of the flow
of fluid.
