4. Gauges

Hourmeter

The hour meter is basically an electric clock. It
accumulates time when the master key switch is
turned on. The hour meter can not be reset. An
MHP qualified service technician can use it to tell
when it is time for the periodic maintenance listed in
the maintenance manual.

Level Bubble

A level bubble is mounted on the trailer base. Watch
the bubble while you set the stabilisers. Lower
the stabilisers, front ones first, one at a time just
enough to center the bubble in the circle on top of
the gauge. When the bubble is central the platform
is level and the platform can be safely raised.

Hydraulic Oil Level

The hydraulic oil level gauge is attached to the side
of the hydraulic tank. Read it only when the booms
are fully lowered and the stabilisers are raised in
the travel position.
The hydraulic oil level should be between the two
marks on the decal.
If necessary, add hydraulic oil at the filler cap. see
the “Specifications” chapter 3, for type and grade of
hydraulic oil.
