Gravity gate

The gravity gate is the place in the platform
guardrail system where you should enter and leave
the platform. Raise the gate and step under it onto
the platform. Once you have entered the platform
and attached your fall restraint lanyard to an anchor
point, check to see that the gravity gate has fallen
back into place.

The guardrails help protect you from falling off
the platform. Be sure the guardrails are properly
installed and that the gravity gate or swinging gate
is in place.

Height restriction on TL39T
The TL39T (in standard mode) is fitted with a
restrictor in the upper hydraulic lift cylinderto keep
the platform to a maximum height of 10.9m.

10.9m height restriction kit (Option)
This kit may be fitted to machines manufactured for
the Australian market.
It is fitted to restrict the maximum height to the
platform floor to 10.9m from the ground. This is
to allow the unit to be operated by unlicensed
operators in accordance with Australian legislation.

Enable switch
The enable switch must be operated in conjunction
with the boom/platform moving function you select.
The purpose of this switch is to prevent the platform
from moving if something or someone accidentally
pushes one of the boom/platform moving controls.
There are enable switches fitted to both the Upper
and Lower Control Boxes.
