Print Media
Paper Size
1. The Standard Media Cassette
Since the Media Cassette is a universal type, you can use any of the paper sizes
listed below. The cassette can hold up to 250 sheets of paper (90 g/m
2 or 24 lbs.)
or up to 30 envelopes (paper should be loaded only up to the top line on the
sliding guide).
• Plain paper from 210 mm x 330 mm (8.2” x 12.9”) to 176 mm x483
mm (6.9” x 18.8”) [Weight = 60 to 160 g/m
2 (16 to 43 lbs)]
• Overhead projector (OHP) films (up to 50 sheets can be loaded)
• Envelopes of COM10, DL size
2. The Optional Lower Cassette
The cassette can hold up to 500 sheets of paper (90 g/m
2 or 24 lbs.).
• Plain paper from 210 mm x 297 mm (8.2” x 11.6”) to 176 mm x 420
mm (6.9” x 16.4”) [Weight = 60 to 160 g/m
2 (16 to 43 lbs)]
• Overhead projector (OHP) films (up to 50 sheets can be loaded)
3. The Optional A4/Letter Cassette
The optional A4/Letter cassette can hold up to 250 sheets of paper (75 g/m
2 or
20 lbs.) or up to 30 envelopes (paper should be loaded only up to the top line on
the sliding guide).
• Plain paper from 105 mm x 220 mm (4.1” x 8.7”) to 216 mm 356 mm
(8.5” x 14”) [Weight = 60 to 160 g/m
2 (16 to 43 lbs)]
• Overhead projector (OHP) films (up to 50 sheets can be loaded)
• Envelopes of COM10, DL size
