How to Clear a Paper Jam in the Duplex Unit
Paper Jam in the Duplex Cover Top Assembly
When the following message appears on the LCD panel, follow the steps shown to remove
the jammed paper.
13 JAM DPX1
1. When a Paper Jam occurs in the Duplex Cover Top Assembly, open the Duplex Cover
Top Assembly.
2. If you see a jammed piece of paper through the viewing window, push the paper down
and then remove the jammed paper.
