3.5 Setup from the WEB Browser
This section introduces the setting method that is specific to the Linux-version MAGNIA Software Access
Point.
Setup from the WEB browser can be used only at the Linux-version MAGNIA Software Access Point.
Notice
When you use the setup via the Web browser from a wireless LAN station, do not write the information to the
access point, which the station is connected to.
3.5.1 Setting change of the WEB browser
At the Linux-version of MAGNIA Software Access Point, use the WEB browser to change the settings. When
a proxy server has been set in the WEB browser, it may not be possible to configure the settings. Therefore,
disable the proxy server by changing the WEB browser settings.
3.5.1.1 When using Internet Explorer
This section describes how to cancel the proxy server setting when the Internet Explorer is used as the WEB
browser. As an example, the setting method in version 5.5 is introduced.
First, select "Internet options (O)" from "Tools (T)" to display the Internet option dialog box.
