Problem Correction
When the denied MAC address is cleared in the Access
Point Configuration Utility, the message "The deletion of
history failed" is displayed. · The access point may be busy. Wait a while and re-execute
the utility.
· By using the ping command, check whether the network is
disconnected.
· When the network is used from the remote PC, it must be
connected with a community name with writing authority.
Check whether the specified community name is correct,
and the authority is correctly set up.

The following message is posted to the event viewer
application log (source name: TSAPSVC):
“Authentication of the station failed.” · Authentication failed. Check the RADIUS server settings
and log.

“Authentication of the station timed-out.” · Check whether the IP address, port, and shared secret of the
RADIUS server defined by the access point setting utility
are correct
· Use the ping command to check whether the RADIUS
server responds.

stopping.” · Redefine the using the access point
