NOTICE:
Apply an anti-seize compound to the studs and to the face of the casing where the nuts
make contact.
* 164A for 4x6-10 and 4x6-11 pumps. 165B for all other pump sizes.
2. Torque the casing nuts (425) to the values found in the Maximum torque values for
fasteners table in Assembly references.
Start at the center of the casing and work from side to side towards each end.
3. Mount the cartridge mechanical seals (250) on the shaft.
