AT-CV5LED Card
The AT-CV5001 Chassis comes with the AT-CV5LED Card, shown in
Figure 5, installed in slot 19. This card is required in the chassis.

Note
The Console port and the RDY, FLT, and MASTER LEDs on the
card are for manufacturing purposes only.
The PS and FAN LEDs reflect the status of the power supplies in the
chassis and are described in Table 1.
Table 1. Status LEDs on the AT-CV5LED Card
LED State Description
PS-A Green The power supply in slot A is
operating normally.
OFF The power supply in slot A is powered
off or has failed. The LED will also be
off if the slot is empty or if the input
power from the power source is
outside the operating range of the
power supply module.
