• Text-to-speech options:
– Preferred TTS engine: Select Samsung text-to-speech
engine, or Google Text-to-speech Engine. Tap to configure
options.
– General: Set options for speech, such as the speed at which
your phone reads out text, plus listen to an example of speech
synthesis.
• Read notifications aloud: Choose notifications, to have your
phone read out information when you received notifications.
– Calls from favorite contacts: When enabled, your phone
will read out caller information for incoming calls from contacts
marked with a star in Contacts.
– Messages from key senders: When enabled, your phone
will read out senders' information for new messages from
contacts marked with a star in Contacts.
– Emails from priority senders: When enabled, your phone
will read out senders' information for new emails from contacts
marked with a star in Contacts.
– Calendar event info: When enabled, your phone will read
out event information for Calendar event notifications.
– Alarm info: When enabled, your phone will read out alarm
information when an alarm rings.
Mouse Trackpad Settings
This feature allows you to adjust the speed of movement
when you move your finger on the screen.
1. From the home screen, tap Apps > Settings >
Language and input.
2. Tap Pointer speed to set the pointer speed.
3. Tap OK to save your selection.
