This error occurs when SAN Visibility software
fails to send the packaged report to HP. There
can be one or more reasons for this, such as:
• SMTP server address mentioned in the
Data Collection tab is not a valid SMTP
server.
• Security policy settings on the SMTP server
allow only authenticated users to submit
mail for subsequent delivery. The SMTP
server does not accept email submissions
from anonymous users.
• An Exchange server name is specified as
the SMTP server.
• Client does not have permissions to send
on behalf of ‘From' address. The session
does not have the ms-Exch-SMTP-Accept-
Any-Sender permission.
Error in emailing the packaged
report

Provide a valid SMTP server ad-
dress. This error occurs when the SMTP server address
provided is invalid.
Input Error 303:001
Reinstall the software.
This error occurs when the required dll files
are missing. Fatal Error - MFC initialization
failed
303:002
Retry after some time.
This error occurs when the system on which
SAN Visibility is running is out of memory.
Not enough memory 303:003
Check the number of connections
existing on the host system. This error occurs when no more socket connec-
tions are allowed on the host system. Unable to create socket for the
SMTP server
303:004
Verify if the SMTP server is ac-
cessible from the network.
This error occurs when the SMTP server is not
responding or when there is no network connec-
tion.
Unable to connect to the SMTP
server
303:005
Retry after some time or send the
raw report to:
“[email protected]”
This error occurs when the server is busy, and
does not respond.
SMTP server not ready for data 303:006
Retry after some time or send the
raw report to:
“[email protected]”
This error occurs when the server is busy, and
does not respond. SMTP server did not terminate
the session

Retry after some time or send the
raw report to:
“[email protected]”
This error occurs when the server is busy or the
number of connections have exceeded the
connection limit.
Not connected to the SMTP
server
303:008
Provide a valid SMTP server ad-
dress. This error occurs when the SMTP server address
provided is not valid. No recipients for the SMTP
server

Provide a valid email address.
This error occurs when an invalid email address
is provided in the Customer Details window. Incorrect or wrong email ad-
dress
