Viewing HP Support Documentation on the Web
There is a variety of HP support documentation available on the web. You can access some of it
through the Support tab under the Web Documentation section.
o HP Docs on the web - provides access to technical documentation for many HP
products.
o HP NAS Online - takes you to the HP NAS web site with up to date information on all
HP NAS products, including the HP NAS VA.
o HP Software Online - links you to the HP Software depot for all HP products.

HP NAS VA Service and Support
HP NAS VA's electronic services give you a fast, interactive way to access information and help
about setup, configuration, installation, and operation of your product. You can:
o Access the HP NAS VA support web site
o Send an email to customer support
o Phone customer support

To access the support web site for your HP NAS VA:
1. In the NAS web interface, click the Support tab.
2. Navigate down the Support tree and select any of the web documentation selections.
3. Once in the site, select Support and make selections based on your needs.
