Application Initialization Error Messages
Cause. An attempt to obtain information for the specified switch module device failed.
err-num is the Guardian file-system error number that occurred.
Effect. SWCI stops.
Recovery. Refer to the Guardian Procedure Errors and Messages Manual for recovery
from the file-system error. Then, restart SWCI.
Cause. An attempt to open the specified switch module device for read/write access
failed.

Effect. SWCI stops.
Recovery. Refer to the Guardian Procedure Errors and Messages Manual for recovery
from the file-system error. Check that you have specified a valid switch module device
name. Then, restart SWCI.
Cause. A disk file was specified as the IN parameter in the TACL RUN command for
SWCI, but that the file is not an EDIT (code 101) file.
Effect. SWCI stops.
Recovery. Specify either a terminal or an EDIT file as the input file. Then, restart
SWCI.
Cause. A disk file was specified as the OUT parameter in the TACL RUN command
for SWCI, but that file is not an EDIT (code 101) file.
Effect. SWCI stops.
Recovery. Specify either a terminal, process, or EDIT file as the output file. Then,
restart SWCI.
