Developing EmployeeInfo on Windows using the Eclipse IDE
NOTE:

This section describes the steps to develop the EmployeeInfo application using the Eclipse
Integrated Development Environment (IDE). However, using the Eclipse IDE is not
mandatory. You can choose any other IDE that supports Java.

The sample screen shots provided in this section are based on Eclipse IDE version 3.3.1.1.
If you are using a different version of Eclipse, the screen shots might look different.
First, select the workspace you want to use. To create a new workspace using the Eclipse IDE,
complete the following steps:

Open the Eclipse IDE by double-clicking the
eclipse.exe
file in <

The Workspace Launcher dialog box appears. By default, the workspace is set to your existing
workspace, if already created.

Click OK.
If you wish to create a new workspace, click Browse and select the folder you want to use
as your workspace.
The Eclipse SDK Welcome screen appears.
NOTE:
D:\sash_usr\hibernate
is the sample workspace used to develop the
EmployeeInfo application.
