Developing the SkinSelector application using Eclipse IDE requires the following activities:
• Creating a Dynamic Web Project
• Creating the index.jsp File
• Modifying the web.xml File
• Adding Dependency JAR Files to the Project Library
• Creating Views for SkinSelector
• Creating the Managed Beans
• Creating the Configuration File
Creating a Dynamic Web Project
To create a new Eclipse project for the SkinSelector application, complete the following steps:
1. Click File > New > Project.
The New Project Wizard appears.
2. From the list of folders, select Web > Dynamic Web Project and click Next.
Figure 13-3 shows the New Project dialog box.
