Printing Data
To print the report file:
1. Access your spreadsheet application.
In this example, Microsoft Excel is used.
2. Open the saved report text file using the File menu. To open the saved text file,
you may need to expand the file display to include all file types.
In this example, the file name is C:\Document and Settings\QuotaRpt.
The Text Import Wizard opens, starting a three-step process.
