Deleting Storage Systems
To delete a storage system:
1. In the Storage Utilities tab, select a storage system listed in the Navigation
pane.
Note: If LUNs are highlighted in the Customer and LUNs Navigation pane, then one or
more customers still have access to the selected storage system. You cannot delete the
selected storage system in this case. An information message instructs you on how to
proceed.
2. Click Delete on the toolbar.
A window with two option buttons displays to confirm the delete action.
■ Remove the system from management.
■ Do not remove the system (default selection).
3. Make the appropriate selection to remove or not to remove the system.

When you select the first option, the Remove button becomes active.
4. Click Remove.
The storage system is removed from Storage Provisioner and is no longer
managed by Storage Provisioner. If you change your mind and want this storage
system managed by Storage Provisioner, you must perform a discovery. See
“
Discovering New Storage Systems ” on page 53.
