About Printing Reports
Storage Provisioner provides the capability for you to save report information into
a text file. With this text file, you can use a spreadsheet program to print a
formatted report of the information.
Note:
Before you can export report data, your
java.policy
file must be modified. If you
modified your
java.policy
file during installation of Storage Provisioner, then you do not
need to repeat the procedure. See
“Modifying the java.policy” on page 88
The report information is saved to a text file, delimited by commas, in the
following format:
■
The first line contains column headings within quotes.
■
The second line and additional lines contain the information from each row on
the report.
■
All text fields and dates are in quotes.
■
Fields that are blank appear as empty quotes.
■
Numbers are displayed without quotes and decimals and are used as needed to
describe a value.
