Exporting Reports
To export a report:
1. Select the Usage Reports tab or the Admin tab.
The Usage Reports tab allows you to view current usage or volume usage, and
the Admin tab allows you to view diagnostic logs.
2. Select a report to export:
■ From the Usage Reports tab you can select one of the following:
Current Usage – Click View Volumes or Click View Quotas.
Volume Usage During – Enter date and Click View History.
■ From the Admin tab, select:
Diagnostic Logs – Click View.
3. After the report displays, click Export.
The Save Quota Report windows opens.

4. Select a folder, enter a file name, and click Save. Folder names and file names
must be less than 30 characters in length.
