Shooting Close-ups (Macro)
To restrict the focus to subjects at close range, set the camera to [ e]. For
details on the focusing range, see “Specifications” ( = 333).
z z Press the < q> button, choose [e] (either
press the < q> buttons or turn the
< 7> dial), and then press the
button.
X X Once the setting is complete, [ e] is
displayed.
• If the flash fires, vignetting may occur.
• With the AF frame mode set to [Face AiAF], using Touch Shutter
returns the camera to [ ].
• To prevent camera shake, try mounting the camera on a tripod and shooting
with the camera set to [ [] (= 108).
• You can also configure this setting by pressing the < q> button, touching [e],
and then touching it again.
