Special Modes for Other Purposes
Images Displayed During Playback
Each set of images shot continuously is managed as a single group, and
only the first image in that group will be displayed. To indicate that the
image is part of a group, [
] is displayed in the upper left of the screen.
•
If you erase a grouped image (
= 240), all images in the group
are also erased. Be careful when erasing images.
•
Grouped images can be played back individually and ungrouped (
•
Protecting (
= 236) a grouped image will protect all images in the group.
•
Grouped images can be viewed individually when played back using Image
Search (
= 225) or Smart Shuffle (= 235). In this case, images are
temporarily ungrouped.
•
Grouped images cannot be sent individually (
= 75), and Face ID
information cannot be edited (
= 231). They cannot be tagged as favorites
(
= 244), edited (= 243 – 255), categorized (= 245), assigned as a
start-up image (
= 266), printed (= 286), specified for printing individually
(
= 294), or added to a photobook (= 296). To do these things, either view
grouped images individually (
= 230) or cancel grouping (= 230) first.
