10 Transport, placing out of service, storing, disposal
10.1 Transport
The wall saw system is a high-tech product. Protect it against
damage during transport:
– Remove blade guard
– Do not place anything on or against
the wall saw head, the blade guard or
the tracks
– Protect the toothing of the track
against damage
The wall saw system weighs
more than 30 kg. Carry it care-
fully and if possible not alone in
order to prevent injury.
10.2 Placing out of service and
storage
The wall saw system consists partially of material which can
corrode. If you plan to place it out of service for some time do the
following:
– Blow the water out of the water pipe
– rub hydraulic motors and tracks with oil
– store in a dry place
