4.1 Design of wall saw system
The wall saw system FZ consists of:
– Wall saw head
– Blade guard
– Tracks
Wall saw head
The wall saw head incorporates all hydraulic und mechanic com-
ponents necessary for:
– Blade drive
– Power feed
– Swivelling 360

4.2 Safety devices
Blade guard in 3 parts
– follows the swivel arm
– removable lateral parts (17)
– indication of cutting depth (18)
– 800 or 1000 mm
– materials: plastic and aluminum
– no flush cuts possible
Blade guard in 2 parts
– 800, 1000, 1600, 2000, 2200 mm
– material: aluminum
– also flush cuts possible
4.3 Track system
– fixed to the underground surface by
means of the tensioning block and the
dowel bolt.
