8.7 Refilling lubricant
Use MOBIL GLYGOYLE exclusively.
Feed gear
1) Loosen 3 screws (3)
2) Remove feed gear
3) Remove old lubricant from gear
4) Clean gear inside
5) Put mouthpiece on gear
6) Fill in 100 g of lubricant
7) Mount feed gear including paper seal
Swivelling gear
1) Remove blade guard bolt (4)
2) Turn the wall saw head upside down
3) Remove the old lubricant
4) Fill in 900 g of lubricant
Fill in half of the lubricant on each side
of the main bearing.
5) Mount blade guard bolt (4).
